Matcha Lemon & Blueberry Chia Pudding

  • 1 Cup Non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Ujido Matcha Powder
  • 1/4 Tablespoon Vanilla bean powder/paste
  • 1 Teaspoon Agave
  • 1-2 Teaspoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia seeds
  • Handful of blueberries and a sprinkling of lemon zest


  1. Mix the pudding ingredients together in a small bowl and allow to sit overnight (or a few hours)

  2. Spoon into a serving dish and add the blueberries and lemon zest to serve.
