1/2 cup Golden Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
1 1/2 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
2 Lakanto Chocolate Almond Bar
Instructions
1. Warm Chocolate in Microwaveable Bowl until melted or on a stove top
2. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl
3. Line 13 x9 pan with parchment paper
4. Spread Matcha mixture
5. Pour Melted Chocolate
6. Place in Freezer until chocolate is cooled
